By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. 1. SERVICES BiztoWallet provides AI automation implementation and operations services, omnichannel management, CRM, and related functionality, including the ability to send SMS communications when a user provides consent. 2. ELIGIBILITY Our services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 3. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM When you provide consent, BiztoWallet may send you customer care and transactional SMS text messages, including: onboarding messages, replies to questions you send us, appointment and demo confirmations and reminders, service updates, and support notifications. Messages may be sent using automated means. We do not currently send promotional or marketing text messages under this program. If we introduce them, we will request a separate and specific consent for that purpose. Message frequency varies with your interactions and requests; as a reference, we send up to four messages per month. 4. HOW YOU JOIN You join the program in one of two ways: - You tick a consent box that is not pre-checked, in the chat widget at biztowallet.com or on our forms; or - You send a text message to +1 (305) 359-3772 first, and we reply. Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchase. 5. OPT-OUT (STOP) AND HELP To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. For help, reply HELP or INFO. Compliance text: "Text HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out." Opt-out confirmation: after we receive STOP, we send one confirmation message and then stop sending you SMS messages, except as strictly necessary to confirm your opt-out or to comply with legal obligations. To rejoin, reply START. 6. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for messages and data according to your plan. BiztoWallet does not charge for the messages themselves. 7. CARRIER DISCLAIMER Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. BiztoWallet does not control message delivery by mobile carriers. 8. SUPPORTED CARRIERS AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and most other US mobile carriers. 9. PRIVACY POLICY Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process personal data, including the handling of mobile opt-in data. You can review it at https://biztowallet.com/privacy. 11. PAYMENTS, BILLING, AND REFUNDS Where applicable, payments and subscriptions are processed through payment providers such as Stripe. Amounts, billing cadence, and commercial terms are presented before you confirm any purchase. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the specific commercial agreement and by applicable law. 12. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not use the services for illegal or fraudulent activities, or to violate the rights of others. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data. Do not send abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited content through our tools. 13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise stated, BiztoWallet retains all rights to its trademarks, content, templates, configurations, automations, and materials. No implied licenses are granted beyond what is necessary to use the service. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiztoWallet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Use of the service is at your own risk and is subject to the availability of third parties, such as mobile carriers and infrastructure providers. 15. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, a violation of these Terms, or security or compliance risks. You may stop using the service at any time. 16. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules. 17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms as necessary. We will publish the current version at this same URL and indicate the updated date.
