This Privacy Policy describes how BTOWALLET INC (doing business as BiztoWallet) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites and landing pages, use the chat widget on biztowallet.com, complete our forms, request a demo, or interact with our communications, including SMS text messages.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Contact and identity information: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth when you provide it.
Professional information: company or brand name, role, and industry, when you provide them. Approximate location: city and state, when you provide it.
Technical and usage data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps, and interaction signals.
Attribution and marketing data: UTM parameters, referrer URL, and campaign data.
Transactional information: information needed for billing and subscription administration, processed by our payment providers. We collect this information directly from you: through the chat widget on biztowallet.com, through our onboarding form, and when you contact us by text message, phone call, or email. We do not buy, rent, or import contact lists. We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as medical or biometric data.
2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA
Onboarding and implementation of AI automations, and configuration of related tools.
Support, customer service, and operational notifications such as confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Scheduling demos and appointments, and managing your requests. Billing, payments, and administration of transactions or subscriptions.
Analytics and improvement of our site and funnels. Compliance with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. SMS TEXT MESSAGING
BiztoWallet sends two types of SMS text messages, and each one requires its own separate consent: – Customer care and transactional messages: replies to questions you send us, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about work we are doing for you. – Promotional and marketing messages: offers, launches and product updates. Messages may be sent using automated means. The two consent boxes are independent: you may consent to one without the other, both are unchecked by default, and neither is a condition of purchase.
You consent to receive text messages in one of two ways:
- Website checkboxes: you voluntarily tick one or both consent boxes, neither of which is pre-checked, in the chat widget at biztowallet.com or on our forms.
- Inbound message: you send a text message to +1 (305) 359-3772 first, and we reply.
Frequency: message frequency varies with your activity. As a reference, we send up to four messages per month. Rates: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier. Help and opt-out: text HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. After we receive STOP we send one confirmation message and then stop. Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw either consent at any time by replying STOP, or by writing to support@biztowallet.com.
4. COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, and campaign attribution, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where a cookie consent banner is presented you may decline non-essential technologies through it.
5. SECURITY AND DATA HANDLING
Encryption in transit (HTTPS) for data transmission.
Role-based access and least-privilege principles to limit internal access.
Two-factor authentication where available, and logs and audit trails for traceability. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no system is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information through channels that are not designed for it.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, and portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@biztowallet.com. We typically respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity first, to protect your information.
7. MOBILE INFORMATION SHARING STATEMENT (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TRANSFERS
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under confidentiality and limited-use obligations: HighLevel/LeadConnector (CRM and automation), Twilio (messaging gateway), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising attribution). As stated in Section 7, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.
9. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for 24 months, or for as long as a business relationship exists, whichever is later, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary for compliance, security, or dispute resolution.
10. MINORS
Our services and forms are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not intentionally collect information from minors.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy to reflect operational or legal changes. We will publish the current version at this same URL and indicate the last updated date.
